How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and UK delivery typically takes a further 2–5 working days. During particularly busy periods, including October to December, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates, so please allow for occasional courier delays.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, so you'll always see the cost before completing your purchase.

Will my whole order arrive together?

Usually, but not always.

Some products may be dispatched separately, which means an order containing several items can occasionally arrive in more than one parcel. You won't be charged additional postage because we've chosen to split your order.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. You'll then have a further 14 days to send it back.

Items should be unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.

What if something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

We'll look into it and arrange an appropriate solution.

Are your crystals and gemstones natural?

Many of our crystal and gemstone products use natural stone. Because nature isn't particularly interested in making everything identical, colour, pattern, shape and markings can vary from piece to piece.

These variations are part of what makes each piece individual and aren't necessarily faults.

What do the crystal meanings on your website mean?

Where we talk about meanings such as grounding, protection, intuition or confidence, we're referring to traditional and cultural associations within crystal practices.

They're included as part of the symbolism and story surrounding each stone, not as promises of medical, psychological or other guaranteed effects.

How should I use candles and incense safely?

Always follow the specific Care & Safety information on the individual product page.

As a general rule, never leave candles or incense burning unattended, keep them away from anything that can catch fire, and keep them away from children and pets.
